Quickly bake a wide range of products with the Star 214HX conveyor oven! The electric oven is available in your choice of 208V and 240V and is designed to maximize space and efficiency in your commercial kitchen. The adjustable conveyor belt speed, top heat control and bottom heat control allows operators to quickly change cooking temperatures depending on the product and the quartz infrared heaters provide faster, more even and consistent heating compared to traditional heating elements. Entry and exit openings are also adjustable – from 1-1/2 to 3″ – to allow for a variety of menu items and the 6-1/2″ long makes it easy to remove product once it is baked to perfection.
Never worry about counter space again! The compact ovens can even be stacked one two high with stacking spacers for maximum baking space of cookie, cubs, pizza, and more!. Cooking chamber measures 14-5/16″Wx16-7/8″L and the oven overall measures 36-3/8″Wx19-1/2″Dx14″H.
