The Traulsen ALT132WUT-FHS is a spec line reach-in freezer perfect for restaurants, food service, institutional or commercial application demanding performance and accuracy. The control of the unit is easily manageable with one of the most advanced technologies on the market, Intela-Traul microprocessor. The control features 3-digit LED readout, defrost lockouts, Celsius or Fahrenheit display capabilities. The sturdy stainless steel exterior defines the durability of the freezer even in the most demanding situations. The self-closing door in the freezer will remain open past 120°. The vinyl magnetic gasket is protected by the metal door pan making it last long and preserving the temperature to a great extent. The door gasket is removable for easy cleaning of the freezer. The interior of the freezer is aluminum anodized and extremely spacious with a capacity of 24.2 cu. ft. It includes automatic incandescent lighting and adjustable wire shelves with the capability to support 225 lbs. The temperature inside the freezer is maintained consistently between 0°F and -5 °F. The freezer compressor is mounted on the top to prevent food, spills and dust damaging the intake of the compressor fan. The 1/2 HP compressor is filled with environmentally friendly R-404A refrigerant. The temperature preservation and efficiency of the compressor is further enhanced with a high-density foamed-in-place insulation. This freezer includes a 9 ft power cord for quick installation. It requires a 120V electrical connection.
