The reliable plug-and-play controls with LED display make the Traulsen G-Series G12011 G-Series Reach-In Freezer easy to use. Corrosion-resistant and durable, the front of this freezer is made of 20-gauge stainless steel, while the interior is crafted from anodized aluminum. Its full-height stainless steel door is equipped with a gasket protecting, cylinder locks, raised metal door pan, and self-closing cam-life hinges. The hinges have a stay-open design that allows them to be opened at 120° for hassle-free loading, and the hinges include a concealed switch to automatically activate the interior LED lighting.
Each door opening has anti-condensate heaters located behind it, and its high-performance refrigeration system has a reliable microprocessor control. The unit also has a thermostatic expansion valve metering device, air-cooled hermetic compressor, and high-humidity evaporator coil located outside the Food Zone to allow maximum usable space. Both the cabinet and door are insulated with 2″ thick high-density, non-CFC, 100% foamed-in-place polyurethane.
There are a total of three epoxy-coated wire shelves, which can easily bear a maximum weight of 225 lbs. For easy maneuverability, the freezer comes with 6″ casters and a 9′ plug.
