The Traulsen G-Series G22010 Reach-In Freezer provides commercial kitchens with maximum efficiency and durability at minimal cost. The freezer features a stainless steel front and doors, with an anodized aluminum interior. It also has three epoxy-coated shelves per section. These construction materials were all selected to minimize the chance of corrosion and rust formation that can reduce the lifespan of the appliance. The freezer even has a Load-Sure Guard that protects it from the detrimental effects of overloading or improper loading.
The Traulsen G-Series G22010 Reach-In Freezer features two self-closing doors, which have a stay open feature that keeps them open at 120° for simple loading and unloading of product. The freezer’s top-mounted, 3/4 HP compressor maintains consistent temperatures between 0°F to -5°F, though you can use the LED controls to drop it as low as -10°F if needed. Regardless of the exact temperature, the freezer’s clockwise airflow pattern will help warm air stay out and cold air stay in. The Traulsen freezer also maintains cold temps thanks to 2″ foamed-in-place insulation and a reliable microprocessor control.
