Front, doors, and top of the unit are all stainless steel, while the sides are made of anodized aluminum.
This freezer sits on 4 factory-installed locking casters, each 6” in diameter.
Mounted to the top of the unit is a 3/4-horsepower compressor and evaporation system.
An LED temperature display sits at the top of this unit.
From left to right, the doors are mounted in a left/left/right hinge configuration.
Interior
The full interior of this unit is anodized aluminum, providing durability and cleanability.
Traulsen’s patented Load-Sure guard prevents airflow constriction from overloaded shelves.
TVX (Thermal Expansion Valve) monitoring rapidly boosts power when doors are left open too long, keeping your food firmly in the safe zone.
Included are 9 factory-installed epoxy coated wire shelves.
