The True T-72FG-HC~FGD01 three-section freezer features triple-pane thermal glass doors designed to resist heat transfer, ensuring product visibility while maintaining energy efficiency. Enhancing visibility further, the refrigerator cabinet is illuminated with energy-efficient LED lights. The self-contained capillary tube system effectively manages the flow of R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, and each door is equipped with a 15-inch extruded handle for a comfortable grip.
Inside the True T-72FG-HC~FGD01 reach-in freezer, nine gray PVC-coated shelves provide versatile storage for products. These adjustable shelves, mounted along support pilasters in 1/2-inch increments, are secured with durable chrome-coated shelf clips. The doors are fitted with magnetic gaskets that securely snap into the frame, creating an airtight seal. For ease of movement, 4-inch-diameter castors are installed, with the front set featuring locks for added safety. The defrost cycle operates automatically at set intervals and ceases when a predetermined temperature is reached.
Upon startup, the condensing fan motor of this unit executes a 20-second reverse cycle, effectively blowing away debris, dust, and dirt from the condenser coil. Regular cleaning of this crucial component promotes reliable and efficient system operation. While this automatic self-cleaning mechanism significantly reduces energy consumption and extends the unit’s lifespan, it does not obviate the need for routine preventative maintenance.
