Maintenance is made simple with the automatic defrost system, which is both time initiated and time terminated. Efficient insulation, in the form of foamed-in-place polyurethane, ensures that cold air is effectively trapped inside the True TCGG-60-S-LD refrigerated deli case. The rear of the unit features two double-pane thermal glass doors, equipped with smooth-opening 12-inch extruded handles. These doors are designed to self-close with the assistance of a counter-balanced weight system, reducing temperature recovery time.
