This True TDM-DC-59-GE/GE 59″W dry bakery case provides efficient, high volume merchandising of desserts and pastries. Its cabinet is NSF-2 listed to hold open food product. This unit’s curved front glass lifts up for easy cleaning. Choose from black, white or stainless exterior with side glass panels. Interior is powder coated FDA white over CRS material. (Stainless interior is available with stainless exterior). The rear of the unit has two sliding glass doors for back access. This model comes with three tiered levels of adjustable wire cantilever shelves that match the interior color of the cabinet. Safety shielded LED interior lighting provides more even lighting throughout the cabinet.
