The compact unit can perfectly fit against the wall or between equipment to save kitchen space. Its exterior front, ends, and top are made of stainless steel for durability. The aluminum back is easy to clean and rust-resistant. Interior of this prep table is coated with NSF approved aluminum lining that prevents corrosion and leaks from damaging the unit from inside. The drawer facings and cabinet structure are foamed-in-place with Ecomate for strength and moisture-locking.
The top rail of this multi-purpose food prep table can hold up to (30) sixth-size pans to store a variety of ingredients and streamline operation. These pans are covered by (2) foam insulated covers that locks-in freshness and minimize condensation. The unit has an 8″ deep cutting board that offers plenty of working space and can be easily removed after use. The food prep table features (3) drawers with recessed handles and an interlock for permanent attachment. Each door includes (2) wire shelves for storage and organization.
The True prep table boasts a factory balanced, front-breathing refrigeration system that circulates CFC-free 134A refrigerant for maximum cooling. The forced design of this unit holds temperature between 33°F and 41°F for food safety. This table operates using a 7 ft cord and NEMA 5-15P plug (included).
