The True TMC-58-DS-SS-HC milk cooler is designed to hold up to 16 milk crates. It features dual-sided service doors, with flip-up top doors and drop-front doors on each side, all made of stainless steel. The exterior is finished with durable white vinyl. The unit uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain a temperature between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. It has electronically commutated condenser and evaporator fan motors for energy efficiency. The condensing fan motor also has an automatic cleaning mechanism, blowing air toward the condensing coil for 20 seconds when the compressor starts to remove debris and ensure efficient operation. Regular preventive maintenance is still recommended.
