Description
The True TOAM-36GS-HC~TSL01 open-air cooler is designed for optimal visibility and durability. The exterior is constructed of black powder-coated steel, providing corrosion resistance and protection against wear. The interior features white aluminum, a stainless steel floor, and deck pans, ensuring a clean and robust construction. The cooler has five levels with four adjustable cantilever shelves, powder-coated in white, allowing flexibility to accommodate products of varying heights. The bottom level is spacious, making it suitable for large drink bottles and cartons.
Illuminating the interior, the cooler is equipped with LED lights mounted on the underside of each shelf, providing ample light for all displayed products. Glass side panels enhance visibility and merchandising. The cooler has dimensions of 36 inches in width, 29 7/8 inches in depth, and 78 1/2 inches in height.
The open-air design utilizes a curtain of circulating cold air to maintain the cold temperature of pre-refrigerated products. It’s crucial to avoid placing the unit too close to vents, fans, or frequently opened doors to prevent disruption to the air curtain. The cooler does not actively cool products but rather preserves the cold temperature using polyurethane insulation and an environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.
The self-contained refrigeration system includes a bottom-mounted condensing unit for easy maintenance and repairs. Leg levelers provide stability on uneven floors, and a standard night cover is included to protect the unit when not in use.
