The True TRCB-52 Chef Base is an excellent addition to any commercial kitchen, providing both refrigerated storage and a sturdy workspace capable of supporting up to 717 pounds of equipment. It features two spacious drawers, each accommodating three full-size food pans or their fractional equivalents (food pans sold separately).
Built for durability, this chef base boasts a stainless steel exterior and an aluminum back, while the interior is designed with an aluminum liner and a clear coat for easy cleaning. Thanks to its 4-inch-diameter castors, you can easily move and clean underneath the unit.
Maintenance is a breeze with the self-contained refrigeration system, and it’s capable of maintaining temperatures between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit using a capillary tube system and R134A refrigerant. The condensing unit slides out from the back for easy access, and the epoxy-coated evaporator ensures resistance to corrosion while providing high-volume airflow through the evaporator fan motors and large fan blades.
