Top of True’s prep table holds eight (8) sixth-size, clear-polycarbonate pans to store different ingredients for quick assembly and preparation. Consisting of Two (2) drawers that can hold one (1) 12″x20″x6″ pan each, this prep table provides sufficient storage space for your salad/sandwich ingredients. Depending on the requirements, you can also use these drawers with pan divider bars for assembling fraction-size pans.

Cabinet and food pans of this prep table hold temperature from 33°F to 41°F. Using 1/5 hp and R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant ensures a powerful performance for years to come. Large fan blades of this unit ensure uniformity in cold air distribution throughout the cabinet. For minimized maintenance, the evaporator is epoxy coated, and the fan motor is self-lubricating and sealed tightly.
