The unit uses eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and comes with 16 1/6 size food pans for easy ingredient organization.
Additional features include a full-length cutting board made from NSF approved white polyethylene providing a tough preparation surface, an insulated hood to keep food fresher for longer, six adjustable PVC-coated wire shelves, and a self-contained refrigeration system that is easy to maintain and repair.
