It features an aluminum exterior, galvanized steel back, stainless steel floor, and aluminum interior for easy cleaning and long-term use. The mega top design can hold (12) 1/6 size, 4″ deep pans included for immediate use in your cafe or restaurant.
Utilizing Cold Air Compartment technology, it maintains even temperatures, ensuring food freshness and product longevity while protecting against spills. A 9 1/2″ deep, 1/2″ thick cutting board provides ample prep space.
This unit has a refrigerated base with high-density polyurethane insulation, an adjustable shelf, and operates at temperatures between 33 and 39 degrees Fahrenheit. The refrigeration system utilizes an environmentally-friendly R-600a refrigerant with low environmental impact.
For convenient cleaning, the refrigerator is equipped with 4″ diameter swivel casters, including front casters with locks. It requires a 115V electrical connection to operate.
