Top Burners: 30,000 BTU cast iron burners with lift-off heads for easy cleaning. Front burners are 12″Wx12-1/2″D; back burners are 12″Wx14-1/2″D to accommodate large pans and stock pots.
Standard Width Oven: 20″W and fits full-size sheet pans front-to-back. 35,000 BTU. Your choice of Regular or Convection Oven Base. Both Oven Base interiors are 26-1/2″D and 14″H and have a heavy duty +200°F to +5007deg;F thermostat with “low” heat setting. Controls mounted in insulated side compartment. (2) four-position rack guides per oven included. Porcelain interior. Regular Oven Base includes (2) racks per oven. Convection Oven Base includes (3) racks per oven. Circulates air evenly with 120V fan to speed cooking process.
