Crafted with precision, the body of this rotisserie is constructed from 16-gauge polished stainless steel, ensuring both longevity and a sleek appearance that complements any kitchen environment.
Equipped with a durable high-temperature ceramic firebox, the Mt. Olympus Rotisserie offers the option to include an extended firebox Charbroiler, complete with seven 6″ x 24″ cast iron grates (five grates for narrow models). Powering this impressive machine is a 1/4 HP variable speed DC motor with soft start and stop, expertly matched with a robust two-stage gearbox, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
The standard 6 spit unit features spits that are 44 inches long (32 inches for narrow models), providing a generous capacity for 3642 chickens (1824 for narrow models). For larger operations, an optional 10 spit model is available, ideal for chicken only, with a capacity of 6070 birds.
For added convenience, the controller and motor can be positioned on either side of the unit, allowing for customization based on kitchen layout and workflow. Servicing the Mt. Olympus is made easy with an access panel conveniently located on the controller side of the unit.
Each Mt. Olympus Rotisserie comes complete with a 6.5-cubic foot stainless steel Wood Handling Cart, providing convenient storage for wood below. Additionally, a grease receptacle, Particle Shovel, and Grate Tool are included as standard. Opting for the Charbroiler model also includes a T-Style Brass-Bristled Brush.

VENTING INFORMATION
The WS-SFR-# must be vented using a Listed Type 1 exhaust hood, or one constructed in accordance with NFPA 96 and all relevant local and national codes. The rotisserie must be vented as a solid fuel appliance, in accordance with all relevant local and national codes, and in a manner acceptable to the authority having jurisdiction.
